Experiencing crashes

We apologize for the trouble you're experiencing. To help us troubleshoot, please contact us with details so we can analyze the issue further.

  1. When does the app stop working? For example, while searching, opening a new tab, creating a Zone, accessing bookmarks, etc.
  2. Does the app crash during a certain action?
  3. Are the VPN and storage permissions accepted in your device settings? To check this, open your device's Settings app, go to Manage Applications, look for Tenta, and tap Permissions. Tenta needs the storage and VPN connections permissions in order to function properly.
  4. Can you try force closing Tenta and see if the problem persists?

If you don't mind, it would also help us to investigate by studying a crash log. We recommend using this app to generate a log. After installing and opening this app, open Tenta and perform any actions that is causing the problem then reopen MX Log Collector to generate and email us a log.
