1. Are you having trouble only loading web pages, or are you experiencing issues with the whole app?
2. Are you trying to load a third-party link (a link source from outside Tenta) or did you follow a link from an open tab in Tenta?
3. Are no websites loading or only some sites?
4. Are you connected through a local connection or VPN connection? If the latter, which server?
5. Do you see any error messages or just a blank screen?

If you don't mind, it would also help us to investigate by studying a crash log. We recommend using this app to generate a log. After installing and opening this app, open Tenta and perform any actions that is causing the problem then reopen MX Log Collector to generate and email us a log.
