Trouble streaming content
We work hard to help you access the internet without restriction, but unfortunately, some sites try to restrict VPN users from accessing their content. If you're having trouble streaming content, it's possible that the service provider or website is actively restricting you because it detects the VPN. Here are some tips on what to do.
- Make sure you're connected to the internet and that you're properly connected to a VPN server.
- Try switching Tenta VPN off and on again.
- Disable location services on your device. If you're using a streaming app that uses location services, they can track where you are whether or not you're connected to a VPN. To hide your location from the app, turn off your location or revoke the location permission from the app (beware that this may cause the app to behave improperly later on).
